What's Up with Archive.today?

Archive.[today|is|ph|il|md|etc.] has been unresponsive for the last few days.

I've searched around a bit but haven't seen any reporting as to what's up with the site(s).

Does anyone have any information about this? Speculation? Wild rumors?
