Where are all the AI disasters?
Ok we see AI and agents constantly on HN, but never see people coming clean with there AI disasters. Anyone had disasters or things going wrong?
Disasters as in "I asked for a tariff policy and it gave me one tariff for an island populated solely by penguins that was different to the tariff on the nation with sovreignty over that island", or as in "OpenClaw deleted all my emails and ignored me telling it to stop", or do you want a story ending "and then it exploded"?
