Why no insurance is fully transparent about how they handle each case?

You mean I can see your medical records on the block chain?

"Blockchain" isn't a magic word. Nor does it insure privacy. The implementation details would be complex if not impossible.

Also, insurance companies don't want transparency, ostensibly to prevent fraud, more likely to hide their own.
