How to get people to use your product?

Hi all, I built a platform for candidates to get discovered and hired by their skills.Not getting enough engagement and seems people are just registering and not actively using the platform. Personally talked but users just wants jobs.Should I scrap the platform and build something new product or is it too early(been 2 months) ?Any suggestions or advice ?You can check out the website https://spotlytt.com

Job sites are made by the 100s. People use those where there are lots of jobs. It's a two sided market and we are in a phase where there are more people looking than hiring, meaning on the hiring side, we need to put in less effort to fill the pipeline. No need for fringe or just starting platforms.I'd move on unless you are focusing on a niche industry
