Can AI explain legacy code to business users faster than devs?

Legacy software is facing a knowledge crisis. The engineers who built and understand these systems are leaving, retiring, or simply forgetting how they work. Right now, business stakeholders and architects can't understand their own software without routing every single question through engineering.
