Certain terms of disdain repeatedly appear in comments:
clickbait (by far the most common)
virtue signaling
astroturfing
dark pattern
sock puppet
troll farm
bot
...............
Others?
You seem to be mixing intentions with actors here: when the description is accurate, eg for a bot, then there may be no disdain in simply pointing that out.
