AWS/S3 Outage?

We're having issues connecting to the ECR registry and ubuntu apt repos (the ones hosted on AWS) for the past hour and a bit in eu-west-1

We seem to be having connectivity issues to S3 primarily in one AZ in eu-west-1

yeah, got confirmation of
