Is there a reliable, unlimited, mobile data hotspot available in the US?

If cost is not an issue, how do you get a mobile hotspot plan that 1) Has no limit, 2) Isn't deprioritized or throttled ?

My cell provider offers like 10GB per month, last priority. Internationally, I had no problem because mobile data isn't nearly as expensive in most other countries, and they don't bother to throttle it most of the time.

Google Fi offers a pay-per-GB plan billed up to 15GB ($150) and then slowed, but you can then pay for full speed once you hit that limit.

My son just got a deal with Mint. Decent price and it throttles but down to something like 8Mb/s - which is a lot like not being throttled.

He'll be back in town in a couple of days and I'll ask him.
