Is there any LLM provider that is GDPR compliant?


I am looking for an LLM provider that is able to process:

- Erasure requests

- Subject access requests

- Data rectification requests

Just to be clear, what I am looking for is one provider that can comply with these legal obligations and actually process these requests in their full extent.

From my current understanding none of the big providers (Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, etc) are actually compliant.

Just to be clear, are you looking for a provider to process these requests on your behalf for 3rd parties or are you wanting to ask Claude to process your Erasure request to Calude's owner Anthropic, for example?
