off the top of my head use it to heat one end of a nitanol band to drive micro dynamo generation, or thermal gradient across peltier junction.

or use to preheat for steam turbine generation.

They call them Washaterias in Texas. Laundromat next to the Datacenter or Dry Cleaners.
