Section 174 will be Restored to Normality. How is Everyone Feeling?

It's not clear when it goes into effect, and for example can we now expense the last years of amortized R&D expenses. A lot of questions remain.

I'm glad it's over but feel sad that it had to be included in such an otherwise largely shameful bill that will probably make many people hungry or unwell due to public service cuts.
