Which Companies Show Promise?

If you had to pick 3 public tech related companies that you think will be huge in the next 1-3 year but are not well known now, which would they be? I'm think I of stuff like a new paradigm shift or just able to execute better than everyone else.

I am losing my job and plan to bet to stocks. I figure maybe I can learn something about the tech or business model of companies you are impressed with. If they're really going to grow, then maybe I can apply for jobs there too.
