What are your thoughts on AI recruiters?
I just came across a Bloomberg article claiming that AI will eventually handle all candidate screenings. It might be a PR move by the companies mentioned, but I’m not sure what to make of it. On one hand, it feels disrespectful to candidates, and I doubt many companies are comfortable going that far. On the other hand, the article suggests this trend is gaining traction.
AI recruiters responding to AI generated cover letters, and AI generated resumes, interviewing AI trained candidates, sounds like a perfect match!
