I'm a white guy so what do I know, but I'd imagine the "performed racisim" is much worse than the "spoken racism", and it seems to me it wouldn't meaningfully be affected by a lack of language barrier.I'm thinking of just not hiring someone, "forgetting" to be inclusive and so on.
