I began to code with Replit's 100 Days of Python. From there, I moved into neural networks and deep learning. I realized that I could take the same strategy--grabbing the most important research papers, asking Claude to explain them, and writing the code out--could be applied to computational neuroscience or quantum computing as well.
Now, I trust my gut feeling that these aren't, at least, not directly, the right things to work on for me.
The thing that I want to explore now is video games. I think it would be cool to see how the deep learning / neuro research / math&physics (1st year of undergrad) I've done could be applied to the industry.
However, I want to also know what other areas programming applies to.
My question is: what are all the possibilities with programming?
( by possibilities I mean fields. Like a great software engineer created the bitcoin protocol--this turned into a field of cryptocurrency. )
Thank you!
