Instantly Blocked by Mailjet After Registration


I recently created an account on Mailjet to evaluate their email service for our business marketing pipelines. Strangely, my account was instantly blocked right after registration, before I could even log in.

Their support replied stating that their Compliance team manually reviewed and blocked my account but refused to share details due to "security reasons." I've carefully read their Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy but can't identify any potential violation, especially since I hadn't even used the service yet.

We're a legitimate business operating in Israel and soon expanding into the US, and this unexpected block is puzzling.

Has anyone else experienced something similar with Mailjet or other email providers? What steps did you take to resolve this?

I've experienced it with Postmarkapp. Similar reply. I was using my private account to test an API feature without affected our company account. Possible they saw previous logins from my IP address. I didn't care much, we still use them.
