Their support replied stating that their Compliance team manually reviewed and blocked my account but refused to share details due to "security reasons." I've carefully read their Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy but can't identify any potential violation, especially since I hadn't even used the service yet.
We're a legitimate business operating in Israel and soon expanding into the US, and this unexpected block is puzzling.
