Case Seach for Thai legal documents is a tarpit idea?

I just design this after my friends who are an upcoming graduate lawyer in Thailand are frustrated about having to search references of the real law from Thai government websites because Chatgpt hallucinates the reference results by generating the results not finding the real one and they have to research lots of pdf files of old legal documents that are little to have for each specific case

Do you think this idea has the future ? Please let me know.
