How do early-stage founders manage product?
We've got some early revenue coming in (yay!), but I'm seriously struggling to juggle everything like product strategy, planning our roadmap, making good decisions - all while trying to stay lean. This is my first rodeo as a founder, and I don't have a product background, so I find myself constantly putting out fires. Time and money are tight, and I'm curious how other founders handle this chaos.
Everyone response will be same as understand market better and so on. If you explain a bit about your product, it'll be better to understand your point.
