Can AI replace cross-platform frameworks?

I haven't incorporated AI into my coding yet. My plan is to do so very slowly. I'm not an early adopter in general.

For those who have, can AI be used to spit native mobile frontend code. If so, can it replace React Native or other cross-platforms like Flutter, by asking it to do the same thing for multiple platforms at the same time?

Or were LLMs trained to use React Native instead?
