Sent 650 applications from sep-sep, without spray and praying, and still got nothing. Stopped looking in late sep.
Started my job search again 2 weeks ago, 50-100 apps. Sent 10-20 cold dm's as well to managers and above at places. Had one interview 2w with a mid sized YC startup (Vizcom). Was a casual chat with the CTO, then got ghosted after.
Wondering how decent my work is, because I've seen the Linkedins of 10-15 employed new grads, who imo had less work to show. So boggles my mind a bit on what I am doing wrong.
I think there needs to be an emphasis on your technical proficiency and less about the status of your startup. Are you even interested in a job given your startup?
