This question lacks critical context that makes it impossible to answer beyond simple "yes" or "no" answers. There is an enormous difference in perspective between these two careers, but people need more granular questions to provide more granular answers.
Also, it seems to me (given such an oddly-specific question) that you've already got some sort of answer in mind and want us to say something to validate or invalidate your line of thinking.
