Can I package a responsive website into an Android app for FireTV Stick?

I want to consume Udemy course content on a big screen TV using mostly just a TV remote to browse (play/pause/skip/back/speed)

Similarly some other commonly used websites like say Hacker News

In the absences of an official app for fireTV platform...

Is it possible put a android wrapper around the website itself and sose load it to FireTV stick?
