Archiving *.edu/CS Data?

I'm sure I'm not the only one that throughout a project or two, has one way or another ended up reading something from a computer science course hosted on an *.edu site. I'm sure if you look in your bookmarks, you'll find at least one or two.

I've often found these resources very useful and informative, and even searching through the directory structures of these sites, have come across many more useful resources and code examples.

Has anyone or is anyone aware of any efforts to archive these sites? For whatever reason I feel the need to hoard some of this data.
