If body transplants become possible, would you make yourself unhealthy?
You might want to look unhealthy because you don't want to get murdered by someone looking for a healthy donor body.
We do not currently have this problem with donor organs as it requires a lot of specialized skill to achieve them. So this would only be a problem if anyone could casually transplant themselves into your body.
"Possible" does not mean "affordable for the 99.9%". Nor quick, nor safe, nor free of nasty complications, nor minimally-regulated, nor socially accepted, nor ...
And "his body donor was the victim of a shady murder" would probably not help on the "socially accepted" front.
