Best useful tools that are helpful in your business?

From invoicing, marketing, to tracking or even AI, or say the best business card makers (such as a company that creates unique business cards!)—as long as they are useful and actually add/added value to your business, away from the typical buzzwords. Preferably open source or self-hosted, not SaaS.

Figma, Docs/Sheets, and Airtable are the most useful for async collaboration

Honestly the hands down most useful product across my business is Google Sheets. From tracking stuff to automating stuff, it's always a tool of first resort. Later on projects or operations will "Graduate" to a more specific saas solution, but it almost always starts in Google Sheets.

Other than that, Vercel and Figma.

I like open source/self-hosted but most of the time fiddling with running my own servers for random tools is not a good use of my time when I could be expanding or automating my business elsewhere.

We use syncthing to share files between our machines. It avoids is having to use dropbox / OneDrive etc. You just choose a folder and it automatically syncs it in the background.
