Are there any good alternative desktop UIs for ChatGPT?

I prefer the experience of the GPT-4 model via the API over what you get with ChatGPT. I also like being able to control both sides of the conversation. I'm looking for:

Chat interface that calls out the OpenAI API. Does not call the ChatGPT app.

Either a MacOS desktop app or web UI I can run locally.

Controlling both sides of the conversation and the system prompt, like OpenAI's playground.

Memory of conversations, like ChatGPT.

Any options?
