Currently planning on releasing our MVP in about 1 month. We envision breaking out our development into: 1. debugging/implementing user feedback, 2. Product Roadmap, 3. Dashboard.
We are a team of 3 technical members. Any advice for how to approach this and move quickly would be appreciated. (+any resources youd advise, we currently use trello)
