How to find out if Mac apps have been updated for Apple Silicon?

After Apple's new M1 Macs were released, I wanted to go through and see which apps have been rebuilt to be native on the new Apple Silicon. I figured just googling for M1 would do it, but that's getting me a lot of garbage results. Is Apple, or anyone else, maintaining a listing of apps that are Apple Silicon native?
