Best way to re-share a post on Hacker News?
I have an updated blog post I would love to re-share, but don't want to be penalized for a duplicate or come across as spammy. Is it best to do a Show HN with a (2020) in the title?
"(2000)" or "(updated)" in the title is great. If you saw previous submissions flagged it might be that blog posts usually can't be "Show HN" https://news.ycombinator.com/showhn.html It depends, some blog post describe a project one can try, e.g. hardware.
