What is the solution to the Seinfeld “Frogger” problem?

There was an episode of Seinfeld where George purchased a Frogger arcade machine on which he still held the high score. His problem was how to get it home without unplugging it.

I've been thinking about that, and I can't come up with a solution. Is it possible to keep something continuously powered while changing its power source to something portable?
