All-hands meeting format for startups

Question

I'm co-founder of a seed-stage startup with 8 employees. We do an unstructured 1x per week all-hands meeting, and sometimes it's highly productive but other times it isn't.I'd love to hear other people's experience at this size/stage. Are there formats you find effective? How can you best get everyone involved in a meeting?

Shared doc agenda available for all employees input. I haven't used it for weekly meetings, but found it useful for other staff input meetings.
