Do you sell on Shopify or WooCommerce?

I am trying to see whether to establish a store on Shopify? Has anyone here done it? What's involved and what are pros and cons?

Besides, I also want to see where can I find information about merchants themselves. All site owners mostly have customer care numbers. Are there any databases or paid services who display this information? I am asking for customer research point of view.
