For those of you working on SaaaS projects from your house, do you have any tips that have helped you complete projects on time and stay focused?
Also are there any good books on this topic (because I couldn't find any on az).
I'm mainly looking for tips on how to stay organized, on track and dealing with feelings of being overwhelmed by work when working alone.
