Search engine for discussions about a URL?

Are there any search engines that allow you to find forum and blog discussions about a given URL? For example, I wanted to find discussions about this list of RISC-V criticisms, so I searched Google, Bing, and DuckDuckGo for the following URL:

https://gist.github.com/erincandescent/8a10eeeea1918ee4f9d9982f7618ef68

None of those search engines found any of the following relevant discussions:

https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=20541144

https://lobste.rs/s/eextl1/former_arm_engineer_s_opinions_on_risc_v

https://www.reddit.com/r/programming/comments/cixatj/an_exarm_engineer_critiques_riscv/

https://www.reddit.com/r/RISCV/comments/ciyigm/an_exarm_engineer_critiques_riscv/

https://www.reddit.com/r/programming/duplicates/cixatj/an_exarm_engineer_critiques_riscv/

https://www.reddit.com/r/cpudesign/comments/cjesux/an_exarm_engineer_critiques_riscv/

Is there some other search engine that would have found those for me?

In Google,

Try putting "related:" infront of your domain.

Eg. "Related:https://gist.github.com/erincandescent/8a10eeeea1918ee4f9d99..."

Here is a link to a decent list of functional google operands.
