How do you protect yourself against disaster at home?

Let's say you have your password db (keepass, 1password, etc) on your computer. You have Authy setup for 2FA on your phone. You're taking a shower and all of a sudden you hear screams. Your home will be completely engulfed in flames within minutes. You leave your cell phone and run out of the house just having time to put on clothes.

You've lost everything, can you recover? if so what steps enabled you to do so?

I'd imagine for a lot of folks. This could be catastrophic.
