Genuine questions, why are you guys ignoring me and my post?

Almost all HN posts get ignored; the speed of change on the front page can be insane at times, and most of the time people don't have the time to browse beyond the front page - especially when they find an engaging submission there, or an interesting discussion.

My big discovery has been to treat HN as a place to, well, discover interesting stuff which is (often) outside of my comfort zone. The one thing HN is not, is an advertising channel; I read, and (sometimes) contribute to discussions - and only post spam links to my project when I think I can get away with it.

All your recent posts have been repeatedly promoting the same site, which to me isn't very interesting (it seems to contain mostly trivia).
