Who are the REAL “ride or die” early stage VCs?

The Midas list is primarily valuable to LPs. It tells us who bet on winners, but is that really helpful to most early stage founders?Sancus was the god of trust, honesty and oaths. I would rather know which VCs exemplify these qualities than someone who died of starvation because of his vain wish for the &ldquo;golden touch&rdquo;.Which VCs have shown you loyalty, ESPECIALLY when times are tough? Extra points for the VCs that spent time with you when it was time to wind-down your venture.

Following this. It's my experience that for all the rhetoric about VCs being ultra-helpful at the end of the day the success of any venture lies with the founders/operators - the VCs can merely allocate some time, monetary capital or social capital to push things in the right direction. But that can be a huge lever.Good question here!
