Hands-Free Mouse Control Options

Due to RSI and ulnar nerve irritation I am not able to bend my arms a the elbow for long periods of time. This directly impacts my ability to type and use a mouse throughout the day as one normally would.

I am considering hand-free mouse control options.

Looking around there don't seem to be that many options, so any suggestions in terms of devices, software and their precision and performance would be very helpful.

One crazy-expensive option I'm considering is: https://www.apple.com/shop/product/HNPB2ZM/A/ablenet-trackerpro-2-hands-free-mouse

Foot mice exist. I have no personal experience with those. https://www.disabled-world.com/assistivedevices/computer/foo...

I wonder how well an eye tracker + keyboard keys bound to clicks would work (ahk?). From qhat I've seen they're pretty accurate and it'd be very low physical effort.

Although I think think the better answer here would be just using a keyboard. Use a keyboard layout like colemak. Support your arms somehow. Use software that support keyboard only use. And use macros to make things you can't do or complex tasks easier.
