Does GitHub sales get back to you?

I'm wondering if anyone else has trouble hearing back from GitHub Sales -- via their support system as well, support stops responding after its passed off to sales team. I don't receive a response from sales.In this example, it's about their code scan feature for private repositories.Thank you

I mean, if a company doesn&rsquo;t answer sales inquiries, is it really the kind of company you want to be buying an enterprise service for?
