Are you optimizing your company for eventual IPO?
When you're working on developing your company, do you keep in mind you'll eventually make it a public company?
Do you have for example a checklist for this? Would you share it with us?
In an early stage company, optimizing for IPO is probably not optimizing for IPO. It's pretend work that's easier than the actual work that will need to be done to get to a point where an IPO is on the table. Even worse, it's a big bucket of Dunning-Kruger because what makes a better or worse IPO is a matter of expertise that exists in organizations whose business centers around IPO's and that's not your business. Good luck.
