Management is positive that we have enough cash to survive for more than 2-3 years.
Despite that I am not really sure this business model is viable due to the current pandemic and rising nationalism / isolationism from people.Even with coronavirus contained there will be fear of travel etc.
Should I wait to get laid off and collect severance package or should I be looking to move out ASAP?
While you can wait to get laid off, it could be a while. Depending on where you're based the severance package may be small or medium-sized.
