Are there “Laptops” that just take HDMI and USB input?

So I was wondering if there are any types of laptop style docks.Where you can have a desktop in another room but use it with a 10 metre hdmi cable and usb cable for keyboard and trackpad?The use case seems a bit niche so I was wondering if anyone has seen any products that do this or have tried them

A chrome book with nx-windows could do the trick.Alternatively yes - there's http://nexdock.com/ and similar products.
